***OT*** Oh... We (Darren & I) thought Tim Luke was in Jill Jail. I just looked at his profile, and he is alive, well and giving them hell! On some other threads. His absence here was misconstrued as being in Jill Jail. Jill Jail is where you go when you say things that might get yourself, the person you are typing to, or the SI owners in trouble. So, Jill, our beloved** webmistriss, locks your account so you are not able to post any messages for several days. Several incidences have happened that made quite a splash, when people who are trying to uncover shrill and crooked people who want to promote a bulletin board stock all for personal gain. Tastes Like Chicken and Tim Luke have visited Jill's Tavern for the UnTimid a couple of times. It is really no fault of their own. Usually, if someone invests at the advice or "hot tip" from someone else, and the deal turns out to be a sham, the person who loses the money can get caught up in trying to expose similar schemes and help other investors from losing money also. In so doing, they usually find a person who is promoting a worthless stock, and ... well, sometimes all hell breaks loose. That's when the High Sheriffstress jumps in, erases the inflammatory messages, and temporarily suspends the accounts of those involved. For business reasons, the Sheriff is unable to take sides - even though he/she can really tell the crook from the crook exposer. I guess you might say it is an investors form of entertainment. I just hope that those who lose money to these snakes, don't also lose sight of their desire to make money on the more conservative investments. Anyway, back to studying... I've decided to get a MCSE degree so I can tell a good one from a bad one. jack
