" zdnet.com This is the third such major study I have seen that report similar findings; a new age of competition and ultra-thin margins will evolve along with internet access and e-commerce. The user is in control and web SHOP BOT capabilities will quickly develop to destroy the high margins that internet speculators and analysts unwittingly imagine. The power is with the companies developing and delivering the weg agent technology, not with the non-crucial merchant business model.
