Tim Hall" You might want to get your facts correct from the start and that would have saved me many hours in dd and not to mention the cost involved!!!! You speak about "working on two class action law suits" fyi BD only set up the drills and pulled the cores for these two companies (IPM and NAXOF) they did not do the verification that was done by a NJ company Ledux. Could you please refer me to these class action law suits i.e. case numbers, where filed, what state etc. because I cannot find anything. Failing that I will treat your post as a load of cr*p.
