This could be one disgruntled ex-dealer who hasnt
had his contract renewed.

The number of these dealers has grown exponentially the last few days. If one looks back over the thread there have been a few disgruntled dealers who have written letters. This raises a red flag. Why all of a sudden are they doing this. These dealers (or perhaps one dealer) has his/her own agenda.

One or two complaints over a period of time is to be expected in business. But all of a sudden when they jump to 10 or more in a couple of days, its apparent that this isnt business as usual. Someone is on a campaign to do as much damage to this stock as possible.

TSIG is not obligated to assume a prior dealers contract. Perhaps, and this is a guess, the dealer on here has not had his contract renewed. As a result, he is pissed off and his only recourse is against DP. Now he is lashing out at anything associated with DP.

I think we are waisting our time in dialogue with this person. It may be one person for all we know. And he is causing havoc on here. Its uneccessary for us to respond to him. Let him do what he has to do using the proper channels.

Tony

Poisontaster,

While I would not do the detailed responses that you do to these creeps, and I believe them to be so because they themselves know they have no business being here, but I would like to comment on your patience, diligence and persistence.

My main concern is that the thread is getting bogged down with an inordinate number of posts dealing with something that currently has nothing to do with TSIG.

On the other hand, as I said yesterday, if Gordon decides to honor these cards it will be his decision exclusively. It now appears that he is in fact thinking that through as per his letter.

Further to that thought, I personally believe that it will be difficult at best to do so because of the major change in the way TSIG is going to market, directly, to sell CD's, not through distributors.

Rich

And these creeps know full well what they're doing. Keep getting as much definition of who they are. I still hope Gordon sues their ass. To be sure, if they even had a chance of a decision by Gordon in their favor they appear to be executing a death wish. Where's their attorney? He must also be an idiot, if he in fact is orchistrating this.
