Neal: With respect, that is BS. They dotted the "i's" and crossed the "t's" while we waited for certified results for a year or they should have. This delay is inexplicable and inexcusable. Management's seeming inability or unwilliness to confront the situation head on and get some results destroys what little if any credibility this company had in the first instance. PRODUCTION is the ONLY thing that will save this company at this point. Burn rate is critical. We don't have another year to waste. I don't give a rat's behind about Ledoux's reputation and I'd sure not want to be their counsel right now. They need to standbehind their numbers now or fess up and write us a big check ASAP. JLA
