I appreciate your concern, but the charge notification is a hold over that we are changing. No one will be charged, nor have they been charged. I have focused the last two weeks on developing a due diligence committee comprised of professionals and retired professionals. THMM was our first pick after a careful examination and verification of our DD. Not one member of the DD committee bought before or sold into the members buying. In addition, we were not paid or compensated in any way to make this recommendation. A member of our DD committee did speak to the management of the company before hand. In addition another member spoke to the Market Makers holding major positions to understand their position. After we were confident that the company was legit and that the MM's would support any buying, we made the recommendation. This is only possible because of the quality, experience and relationships our DD committee has developed over the years. Now, I am concentrating my time on changing the name and moving the URL of the site to avoid any confusion. In the future, under the new site name, we will offer members moderated chat services were they can speak to publicly traded company executives, professional traders for advice. We are also pursuing the ability to allow our members to participate in placements and IPO's over the Internet. (Take a look at Witcapital to get an idea of were we are headed.)
