Reverse split is in the share holders favor I believe.

I would agree with that sentence if the word "new" were inserted in front of "shareholders". At 94 MM O/S with 100 MM authorized, unless there is a windfall profit that drops down from above, it leaves only 6 mm in shares for acquisitions. A reverse may be the only realistic option for the future, though it will be the kiss of death for current shareholders.

you have been lucky on the reverse stocks....
you are a lucky lad.......in the penny game,reverse are
not in the benefit of the shareholder.............i am
sure that is why some of the new threads have been started...
to vent anger on big time losses
