Omar, I am in the dark on most details of Oilex's business mechinations, as I'm sure most of us 'small' investors are. Solid information has always been in short supply here. I am sorry if you have been unfairly blamed for the lack of success of this business. However, keep in mind that damn few buyers of this stock have any reasonable chance to make money, or even recover their investments, so a little hostility is not unexpected. My questions to you, since it appears you are now free to speak your peace, is there any chance of profitability in Oilex, in your opinion? Secondly, who is actually running this company? Last, what is the liquidity situation? Thanks, and best of luck to you in whatever you do. John Rowe

Omar--
First, let me say I regret your being terminated at Oilex. But given what we are being told about your boss, there is going to be little good will towards you.

Allan Burditt is rumored to have looted Oilex of many of its valuable assets. Are you willing to confirm or deny that? Or are you going to be working for Caye Chapel now?

As far as Califtalk filing for chapter 11, who is spreading falsehoods now? That seems like so many sour grapes. I expect this will be like your pledge of 1,000bbl/day production by March of this year, a mere mirage.

And Offie told the truth about Burditt...that we investors chose to keep our eyes closed was no fault of his. I think you ought to take a step back and look at what the man you defend has done to Oilex over the past two years.

Best of luck with your next job.

Rick

Hi Omar, I'm sorry you lost your job. When we spoke on the phone you came across as a very nice man, and when you e-.mailed me once giving me support
and telling me I was not alone. After being attacked and ridiculed for defending the company. It was very comforting and appreciated. BUT I would have appreciated
a little more honesty to help me with my investment decisions. Because of your
PR reports I invested more, and so I lost more. When I asked you if this was the last debenture you said yes, and after the NEXT debenture AGAIN it would be the last one, BUT they kept coming. When I asked you about oil production, you told me we would be hitting 600, a 1,000 BOPD. never happened. The decision to invest
was my own. I will have to live with that!!!!
" I worked for Oilex and did my job to the best of my abilities."
Yes you did, and you did a good PR job on me. I wish I could have taken my head
out of the sand, long enough to open my eyes to what OFFIE was trying to tell us.
Sure would have saved me money, AND I'M MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!
Maybe you should try defending yourself , and prove that these allegations against
Burditt and the company are false.
Or face the music, and fess up and come clean. This could save you from being
part of a manipulate scheme to defraud the shareholders of Oilex, that paid your salary, Not Burditt.
It would be wise before the police are involved.
Califtalk is in a position to discover all the facts, and will do what is best for the shareholders. As he is the largest shareholder. Now Mr Yarmak has been left to repair Oilex now that the vultures are gone, and I'm sure he has been left with many unpaid debts.

I really hope the best for you
and may God help you in your decisions

Good luck Christine
