Trading was halted because the financial statements were no longer current. Usually, when this happens for a NASDAQ stock, the fifth letter becomes "E" until current financial statements are filed, and then the symbol goes back to normal. This puts investors on notice that financial statements are "delinquent". In Premier's case, the resignation of E & Y and the preannounced restatement of Q3 caused material information to not be widely disseminated and the stock was halted. Sometimes halts last only minutes, or hours. Sometimes days. It was probably a NASDAQ oversight on May 26 to not immediately change the symbols to PLSAE and PLSZE, so when they reviewed the situation prior to calling for delisting (for which Premier has filed an appeal - which will be successful, perhaps, if they get the financials filed before the appeal date), NASDAQ realized they should have the fifth letter "E" - just in case the filings are made and the stock resumes NASDAQ trading. If all is current, the symbols will go back to normal. But if the 10-K's are OK but the Q1 10-Q is then late (after August 14), the fifth letter may stay "E" until Premier is 100% current.

The heading of this Subject is wrong. Fifth letter "E" means "delinquent" in filings. PLSAE is the Class A stock and PLSZE is the B warrant.
