email from Gary: the Wolf Key deal has been canceled and all parties have been notified because no consideration has been given to Global for the share exchange. We have also notified the brokerage firms that had those shares deposited in, that they were not tradable and that any movement of those shares would be an offering they made. We believe that some of these shares have already made it into the market. We have since talked to some of these firms and they are not allowing these shares to be traded.
