John, I was under the impression that I was going to call BD and post my findings. There is no point in bombarding them, and information about the GE contract may not have filtered down to the BD employees yet anyway.

Not to worry, John. Information regarding BD contractual responsibilities should really be coming from GEs management anyway imo.
