Re; "I will challenge those INPR bashers, those people who complain/nag about Del to come up with alternative plans for INPR (BORL)."

INPR bashers? No! Complaints about some of Del's decisions? Yes!

As far as coming up with alternative plans. I think some of those complaints were just that, alternatives or solutions to what the complainer was questioning. I.E. Stop diluting the value of the shares by issuing new ones. Start showing confidence in the company by buying some shares with their own monies. Better dissemination of positive news and sales of new and existing account -not just by posting on their web site. MicroSoft is well know not because it has superior products but because they create controversy. Windows98 was a few patches of Windows95 but everyone knew it was coming cause of the controversy. As long as they are positive issues for the company it will not hurt in the long run. I am sure there are much more issues can be addressed but I for one buy stock so I don't have to make the everyday company decisions. Just like the owner of a sports team they do not so much know how to play the sport but they sure COMPLAIN/NAG when the professionals make mistakes, it's healthy. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen!

"The only reason INPR stock price fell down recently is because
of these nagging investors who do not know the value of what they are holding."

If one is holding it would indicate they feel some value in doing so otherwise they would have already sold. Likewise if one is holding the last thing they want to do is make the stock fall lower.

No problem, but I suggest taking a breath and counting to 10 before you flame somebody.

With regards to the rumor it was many years ago that this happened, and the rumor was circulating around the Sv engineering community. True or not, it is irrelevant, today. But, it would tell a lot about how BORL lost their edge in the compiler department years ago. What matters today is how they are recapturing that market with Delphi, C++ Builder, and JBuilder, as well as their push into the enterprise with VSGN.

INPR/BORL is a great company. Del is getting paid a lot, but he is doing a good job, and shareholders will be rewarded for their collective patience. Note that the fall to 5 as predicted by some on this thread has not happened. We just need some good news. Perhaps news of closure of those multi-million dollar deals.
