Hi glen, CIEN is currently RS buy in x's and the sector is 46+ Bear correction but very close to reversing back to O's... CIEN has retraced 60% of the last climb of x's with the O's and is now back in X's... it needs a 93 to give a new buy signal and if it does not get to that point before reversing, it will be giving lower tops showing supply coming into control.. if it gets a 79 even..then that will give it a double bottom sell signal... With the sector close to reversing, I'd watch this one for signs of falling.. Just my thoughts Later Preston
