Jack has not done a single thing in his life for free..
He wanted 30% of our membership fees ,, for web hosting , which costs 150 a month ,, I got him the job with IFLY ,, told him ,,not to get involved except to guide them to get a real web partner ,, he ended up getting the job himself,, which means no real web site for IFLY for many months,, for a while he called him self IFLY insider and told me that a news was coming ,, and a short squeeze will be orchestrated ,,which turned out to be a BS..
Not only does he have a chip on his shoulder for being an American born Arab,,against a bastion of Jewish financial prowesses ,, he wanted to charge credit cards as soon as possible ,, I decided to forgo with some $42,ooo rather than play ball with him,,
Steverubak on SI can testify all this for he was there at my office when the meeting took place.. between my self and Jack.
His so called analysts are Simarx on IFLY thread and IFLY mms ,, in the back alley of the Wall Street ,, small penny stock pushers.. they will manipulate the stock price.. oh no pump and dump .. so no one takes profit ..
I gave him one week to move the site and detach him self from my old site.. for word got around,, where people are blindly signing up thinking the site is still mine ..
For the record,, Jack was my former employee who wanted a profit sharing ,, got too greedy and was pumping me with wrong informations,, he has been fired,, he has no business using my name Tokyo Joe on his EMs ,, or taking credit card informations ,
This is becoming a liability issue,,
