NOTE - Intel said the new prices allowed the company to
offer Pentium II chips for all performance price points in the
PC market. "Continued strong acceptance of Pentium II processor
enables Intel to aggressively ramp these products into higher
volume price points," the company said in a statement issued by
its European headquarters in Munich.

I believe Kurlack recently said that he thought Intel was about to test the low 60s. This was right before its run up from 70 to 85, I believe.
