Thanks for your input.......... One of my conerns is that whenever a company gives a dividend, be it stock or $, I have known the distribution date. This an investor should expect to know. When a company gives its own stock as a dividend I certainly can understand not providing a story however when stock of a previously heretofore unknown companys stock is given then its a must to provide information. The company knows that an investor must have sufficient substance to determine the value of the distribution.. I am concerned that the company has been defcient in the provision of needed information... I understand what your driving at when you talk of timing however I believe trust is attained by a company keeping its word and telling us the good, bad, and the ugly as it happens.....

I am long but have 20 yrs investing experiece so lets just say I'm uncomfortable.
