Richard... I'm aware of the fact that Gary is the CEO. At the time I posted that message there were very large numbers of frustrated folks unable to get their updates. Personally, I think Gary has done an excellent job overall. But, you can't deny that the ultimate responsibility was his for the screwup. I'm curious why you've waited so long to bring all of this back to light? It no longer matters. Here's your own quote. "I have been around the flag pole many times, I have learned what is important and what is a passing blip." I'll wager I've been around that flag pole about as many times. Let it drop. Ken
