Overseas Communications and Ontario 123..., aren't they related. If this is true why has there been no filing statements from them for the their shares. Also if I read correctly, the two companies are owned by related parties. If this is so, their shares are restricted stock as well and should be considered apart of the Whyteburg filings. Also looking at all this, I am starting to see that shares are being passed around from company to company owned by all the same people as the filing statements come in. That doesn't change the facts of the 13D. If you own 50 companies you are still an affiliate. Just because shares are moved from one name to another doesn't lift the fact of the filings and the fiducary responsibility to the shareholders of the respective companies by selling, then filing under different names. I think a little more in depth research into Overseas Comm. and Ontario 123......needs to be conducted.
