My thought is, this seems a safe bet. Good upside (if the deal goes through). If not, this is still a solid company.

What in the hell is happening to this stock, and of course
the merger deal ?

Any large blocks traded ?

Any news ?

I can't believe it sank from 14 $ to it now october 97 level of 9.5 or so.
