IONA vs Visigenic CORBA: Philip, excellent job digging out the URL for performance evaluation of IONA vs Visigenic. I have also did some searching on usenet groups about IONA vs Visigenic - (you can do this by choosing usenet on altavista and entering IONA vs Visigenic etc). There is a lot of postings by CORBA programmers comparing the two CORBA implementations. The results agree with your posting. BTW, netscape also uses Visigenic.

Truthfully I didn't get much out of reading the test results so I will take your word for it. Now how do we, or better yet, how does Inprise get this message across to the investment public in laymen terms? This is where they need to improve to get this stock interest stirring. They probably execute excellently but the second a banker or money broker walks in the room they turn their heads towards their work or greet them with high tech jingoism confusing the very people who can elevate their work and excellence. Get the message out in laymen terms Inprise! TTOSBT
