Craig.

In addition to your list, I would like to see
Ancor to consider merging with Brocade.

Regards

Louie

My favorite point was number 1, fire in the belly, top to bottom. The next employee who says, "FC will be a big market and we will have a share of it," should be cleaning out his desk by the end of the day. Try, "I will not sleep until Brocade is a melting pile of toxic waste," or more diplomatically, "We are going to be FIRST in FC."
Also I agree on dumping that idiotic beatnic. Never liked it. Cost too much money. Very much out of touch.

The question that needs to be asked is, Is it too late? The problems are myriad. No revenue, no market, no distribution, technology that needs rework, lawsuits, "going concern" statement, obstinate management, etc. Do you really think this can be turned around?
