Chief,

Take note I would like you to use the word
"presuming" here. Presuming the following:
-That BD have had Guido's report for almost two months now
-That they have the Trites report (if such a report exists) at hand
-That they have all the other geologists' material at hand
-That it is the dry season down there
-That they have spoken to members of the advisory board
-That this deposit has characteristics "unique" (this word has been used many times to describe the deposit) i.e. that drilling is not required, only in the bedrock.
-That the "contract" with BD, (whatever that might be) has been paid for in full
-That a JV does not step in while this is going on
-That a "partner" is not paying for the work i.e. they get to go over the report first
-That mosquitoes do not carry them away

How long in your experienced opinion do you think this might all take? Thanking you in advance.

Regards, Probart

Chief - maybe GE is afraid to be criticized by the SEC for anything they dare to utter.
