I don't know Leigh, I have been holding Corham for about 4 years and I am skeptical of the management and their, "Things are getting worse at a slower rate," announcements. Please don't accuse me of being a basher, I just distrust Amaral and the management of Corham. They own precious little Corham stock and ever since they implmented greenmail steps to prevent the acquisition or merger of Corham, stockholders have been secondary to their plan. However with that said, I hope that this is in fact the turning point. I am very deep into this company.

Leigh, I also have been in this fido for the past 4 years and have watched it drift down, down and down. Fortunately my cost basis is 2 3/8 at this point, but there has never been a time when these guys have made the earnings projections. It has been a very difficult climate for management, so I don't blame them - look around and you see a lot of fallen angels in the healthcare business (except for the major pharmaceutical companies). I'm hoping that they have finally turned the corner - but who knows, at least they are solvent with all the current financing in place. At this point I don't expect the company to ever become a blockbuster, only a takeover candidate once the company turns profitable. My best guess is Aetna will buy them once they finally get their act together. Norm
