Tweaker,
Hi!! <<Kemble,

I saw you standing on the corner with a sign the other day.

"WIIL WORK FOR DELL SHARES">>

Yes, I am addicted to this company...let's face it what they are doing for people and business is what everyone wished would occur with all companies....Just the other day I received a private message from an individual who asked me to post his particular situation concerning Dell...so, I will attempt to paraphrase and not expose his anonymity....

It appears that two years ago he stopped buying everything but Dell for his company...he started out his story by stating how he never has regretted this decision...and, I could list the other companies that he used to deal with...we all know them...."DELL HAS NOT CEASED TO IMPRESS US EVER SINCE..." "THEY SELL TO US ON A COST BASIS +15%...SO THEY MONITOR IT VERY CLOSELY AND ADJUST OUR PRICES ACCORDINGLY."
"BELIEVE IT OR NOT, ABOUT 6-8 MONTHS AFTER WE HAD STARTED BUYING DELL EQUIPMENT, THE DELL VP OF SALES CAME DOWN TO US AND APOLOGIZED....OUR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE HAD NOT BEEN WATCHING THEIR MARGIN CLOSELY ENOUGH AND HAD OVERPAID DELL.....THE DELL VP WAS APOLOGIZING FOR MAKING TOO MUCH MONEY ON US...THE SAME SITUATION HAPPENED THIS PAST WINTER..."

What other company does this?? Sure the accounting error eventually may have been caught...but, what I find significant is Dell came to them first both times....INTEGRITY...and, this is the kind of stories that are spreading and making WWW.DELL.COM/ more than just a universal language.....

Best, Kemble
