Neal; Here's an interesting article. investing.lycos.com click on [Rod Barry Buys into The Information Age] "I do believe that the Internet is one of the Buck Rogers technologies that we're seeing unfold in front of us here and a technology that's going to change even more going forward. Number one, the content that's going to be offered over the Internet is going to expand to the point where you'll be able to pull up real-time video streams right on your PC at home. To get there, obviously we're going to need more bandwidth. That's coming in the form of cable modems, xDSL technology, which gives you more capacity over your twisted copper phone lines. So I think we're going to see the greatest gains in technology being made via the Internet and that's the dissemination and access to knowledge and data."
