The mysterious Mike J. has come and gone and disappeared into the sunset. Maybe he was an angel in disguise just bearing good news to the good long term shareholders of Medinah. Seems like the pattern though, every few weeks someone comes out with a suspicious post that makes you want to buy more or at least hold what you have for a few more weeks. This latest paper shuffle actual proves nothing. Who says they really needed those shares anyway. Could shares that are not 144 but in off shore accounts being traded. Maybe/Maybe Not!, All I'm saying is so what you didn't do much by transferring these shares over to a convertible. NOW if they would have announced that Medinah Energy has purchased all of its 144 restricted stock for $$$$ then you have done something, but until then you have to factor in those shares. If Mike J. would share his DD with us through PM then I might believe him, but there have been too many "trial members" showing up lately, only to disappear!!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Gary, that was too MFing funny!, just saw Happy Gilmore about two weeks ago, and see many similarities with my golf game. "And now ladies and gentleman quiet please, putting for the First Annual Medinah Classic Championship and a chance to set a tournament record with a 20 stroke lead over Gary Player Goodin, and Ralph Waldo Ulm, is Happy Handshake, the only player in the tournament with a female caddy...(naked)... HH is the only player that has to holler four when putting!!!!" :-)

Mike: Your DD. is not comming from the company, or there not talking. My last call was not very pleasnt so I doubt there will be much in the way of in or out side free info from them. You may go better I'm just to hot at times when I reach for the phone. Sorry wish I could help in the quest for the hole in one, but I'm tapped out. Hmmm could old DD have the clue as to why the news of material change is not out yet??? anyone talk with old IR as of late? He could post his witt on the matter and give it a guess just like the rest of us.
