Daniel Phelps: I had terrible experiences with this company, over many months. You bet, I'm sour on them!

This thread contains myriad complaints almost exactly like mine from many of their customers.

You say I'm upset about not talking to the President? I did talk to the President. He LIED to me on the phone.

Joe Fox said I'd be credited the $100 (of which I was cheated by this company) and MORE. He did neither. He said he'd call back that afternoon. He did not. So, that's three lies from Joe Fox in a three to five minute phone conversation. My conclusion? Joe Fox is unreliable. And, the company is crooked if the President is crooked.

They're just a startup Mickey Mouse company. They don't do much right. Mostly they're incompetent. But it does seem to me in view of the most recent experiences, that there is something crooked there as well. Of course, I'd always be happy to be proven wrong. I don't believe I will be proven wrong, however.

They can't get checks out for the correct amounts or on time. NONE of my checks were sent to me for the amount and on the dates I requested.

They can't give accurate balance info. NEVER, on line or off.

They make up info, tell lies about what they've said (margin department, especially -- five documented experiences).

Joe Fox, the President also doesn't stand by his word.

In a business where your word is your bond, you expect brokers to be reliable and honest. Web Street isn't either.

I expect we'll find out that your relationship to Web Street isn't what you pretend. You're not "more" a lurker. You have never posted about stocks here or anything else. Why should you be so emotionally involved with Web Street Brokerage as to join SI to tout them? I have brokerages I love. I never even checked their threads here, not to tout them nor to defend them. So I'm suspicious of you. Normal people join SI to talk about their stocks not to tout brokerage houses. My bet is you're not what you pretend to be.

Your true mission, Mr. Phelps?

I'd suggest, an impossible mission.
