Bruce,
If these groups are selling, wouldn't they have to file before selling or because of insider status or because of the size of their holdings? I don't recall seeing any 144 filings pertaining to these groups.

Those companies NEED TO BE FILING with the S.E.C and the shares are restricted. THEY CANNOT BE SOLD. Who are the owners of these two companies. Time to really put pressure on the Transfer Agent and possibly seek and S.E.C investigation and the NASD inquiry into this matter. I think the transfer agent needs to provide the Daily log on certificates that have been delivered to them. And not the books they allow you to see but the book that they keep. If there has been stock issued by the transfer agent to these to companies there is going to be a problem. I think an investigation into these allegations is warranted.
