INDEX UPDATE - INTRADAY
------------------------------

The market can change at any time, as we saw yesterday; however it was important to have follow-thru today of yesterday's big reversal.

So far the DOW is down, but more important is that the market internals are still, simply put, NOT GOOD. It is still early, but at this time the NYSE NEW LOWS is at 85 and climbing, and the NEW HIGHS is at a terrible 5 and not climbing slower than the NEW LOWS so far.

As previously stated - a good key of reversing back to an uptrend would be the NEW HIGHS to get back to the 200-300 range. Dont think we will get there today or any time soon.

Per my TICK ANALYSIS - right now the momentum has only a slight downside bias with a reading of .55 and the UP-SIDE MOMENTUM is at .42 which is not anything significant. It is still very early and the TICK MOMENTUM can change at anytime. The key is that we need follow-thru to the upside today and so far not much strength in stock price or market internals. If there is no significant upside today specifically, that would just be another small sign of technical weakness even if tomorrow is up.
