CPQ, 1M/month, what a great company, a super strong BUY. I have 6,000 shares of big old CPQ from last year at 39. I don't know if anyone wants to do a free market trade at 39 1/8.

Rudedog, no whining, yes, but he admits that CPQ already received credit for those shipments last year from IDC. That's my point. Compaq didn't complain when it received credit for unsold computers in quarters 3-4 of 97 and 1 of 98, but now it's a problem? Give me a break. They can't have their cake and eat it too.

BTW, are you posting this stuff on the CPQ thread, too?

Rudedog, there's no way that CPQ sold 3 million computers last quarter. And the real question is how many will they sell when they're not out there fire-saling them?
