aw shit!! Attorneys have mucked it up again!! This is prepostorous. SEC does NOT try to HINDER data being released to public. I dont believe one word of their comment about "quiet period". Got a notion to send that last post DIRECTLY to the SEC enforcement division and ask them if this is their feelings on how shareholders should be treated. JDN

This is pathetic. I have not heard any company declining to discuss their results due to litigation.

Repost (from Jeff Berry):

"I just spoke with Peter Duda from the I.R. firm. ... There will not be a CC [for the 2nd Quarter].

The attorney's for CMND have advised against the CC. The decision was
made within the last day or two, according to Peter.

Peter stated that the attorney's have advised CMND against the CC due to still being under the SEC definition of "quiet period". He mentioned that although the company would like to release news and discuss Q2 results as well as future prospects, they are following their counsel's advice. Peter mentioned that CMND is exercising caution, particularly in view of the pending shareholder litigation.

Best Regards, JAB
