Rick is absolutely right - EARNINGS are the only issue right now. No one should be surprised that the Chevron news failed to move the stock. No one doubts that TAVA can sign up big clients, what they doubt is that TAVA can generate sufficient earnings from these clients to justify its valuation. BTW, I also congratulate the shorts. It takes some cajones to short a stock like TAVA that, until recently, moved sharply higher on almost any decent news. Now hurry up and cover already. Dave
