Saba, Somewhere's down deep I believe you may a decent chap. With that said, you are also a bit of an idiot if you lack the basic understanding of a business arrangement whereby one corporation buys only the assets of another corporation. Not the liabilities. Now, this happens all the time, even with companies like Microsoft, IBM, GM, Hewlitt Packard, etc. They may even be dealing with a company that has a checkered past, and for that reason only buy the assets. Doesn't make the asset acquiring company a bad guy, and surely doesn't make the management of the company whose assets were acquired great people. They are still slimeballs if they intentionally hurt people. But this is business. Just business, good business. All these attempts on your part to impugn the reputation of the company, TSIG, that is acquiring the assets is libelous on your part. If you would please post your name, address and telephone number I will be sure to deliver same to TSIG upon my visit this afternoon. If you don't wish to do this, and clearly tie your name to the libelous posts, it will definitely confirm your intentions to the rest of the thread, lurkers and all. It will be a great buy* signal.* You really should get some decent legal, talent as you are right now, injured or not, acting like an idiot. Rich
