You never did answer me , how many free membership you doled out to your MM friends ,, with out my approval.. The concept is mine,idea is mine ,, everything else is mine .. on that site.. If your trading philosopy is based on the same ethics you have displayed regarding TMex's site, then I think this does in fact belong in a public forum called "Tokyo Joe's Cafe/Societe Anonyme." <<It will take a week to finish the transition.>> That is total nonsense. It takes 24 hours to obtain a new domain (site name/URL). As for the old site...You retained copyright for the code, you registered as administrative contact for the domain giving you control. That's common practice for web practioners but now you are taking an established base of clientele (Joe's) and attempting to make them your own by hijacking the client list. THAT is wrong. Your writing server-side PERL to create ADDITIONAL services has absolutely no relevance in this matter...stop trying to confuse the folks with techno talk. BTW folks, the practice of requiring a CC# for free membership comes from the porn sector. It's a system designed to keep the youngsters out and a method of getting you to pay for additional services once you are in. However unethical your manuevers, it's up to the clients to decide for themselves. I want nothing to do with you.
