Jancie, because the business transaction would have been done under the public corporate umbrella, with funds from the public company...See, once MTEI became public by the reverse merger... Notice the word merger... All assets of the company are now assets of the public company...

Obviously as a non-laywer myself, I'm not qualified to speak indepth.

I like how you mention a lurker laywer... Very convienent...

Uhh, Janice,
Regarding that lurker lawyer. Has he been disbarred?
Or wouldn't you have that information?

Janice, you still havn't answered my questions about why you spend so much time here and not on stocks like Cendant or PLSIA, ones that are truely scams and have defrauded shareholders...

So Janice, why are you not there protecting all of mankind from the big nasty corporate executives that have banded together to defraud shareholders, many of which might be elderly, retired and fixed income people trusting in these companies and the Mutual funds that invest in them...

If you truely are such a humanitarian, your work would be much more openly received and you probably would feel much more accomplishment just from the larger number of people you would be serving...

So, what's your true motivation?
