I've never heard of anything like this. While, CMND has good "value," this silent treatment is a "red flag." Something is amiss.

Let me reword my last post. There are companies, actually a lot of them, who release the results without any CC. What is unusual is giving litigation as a reason for not having a CC. I remember, SGI doing that once in 1996.
