I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Ed. I asked if he ever worked or knew of the people or company mentioned in your post and he said that he did not. I don't know if he's telling the truth or not. I am giving them until end of next week to come clean with the 97 financials. No financials, then I pull the rip cord and never look back. I once again gave them the lecture about getting the financials moving. Its sounds like they made a profit in the 2nd quarter but not the first. As of today they have not started working on the 10 Q's. I told Ed that when I call on Monday I want an answer as to when they plan to start working on 10 Q's and how long will it take. I strongly suggest others call and make the same demands! Jerry
