Shoot, I will give it my best shot...(no pun intended) First of all, while I am not saying that it didn't happen that way for you, I have never had the problem of it taking several weeks to convince someone to hire me. (Granted, twenty years ago my "career" consisted of wrapping tacos after school) While in some sectors there is red tape that would make the hiring process take a little longer, in most industries, qualified people can get hired rather quickly. Since I was not involved, I cannot really comment on the details of Gary's IR role. However, I think it is only fair to point out that to the best of my knowledge, he is NOT, and NEVER HAS BEEN, an employee of the company. However, since it was Gary who actually discovered the fraud, and initially notified Pierce of it, Pierce was probably pretty comfortable with Gary's knowledge of the stock structure, etc. If you were to own a tennis shop, and needed some quick help because your staff walked out (which is basically what happened to Pierce), and then Andre Aggassi walked in and agreed to help out for free...well, it is not hard to figure out what one would do. I am not sure of what it is exactly that you are asking. Are you asking whether Gary had an obligation to tell all of us that he had been in regular contact with the company? Well, I don't think there was ever any secret made of that...Did he have an obligation to tell us of his IR role? again, I think he did. Did he have an obligation to tell this thread of his suspicions regarding the former CEO? Well, as soon as he learned of it, he exposed it to the company, who immediately took action and made a news release, so I would think that obligation had been met. I think to do otherwise would be equal to one of the main things he is opposing here...slamming the character of someone without (at THAT time) having cold hard facts in hand, merely suspicions. Seems like whatever you do and wherever you go, tit-for-tat will always be there. It's a cheap game, but like I said, it beats hanging out in some bar. Just my opinion, Binder
