How is MPV/DEBEERS is evaluating the diamonds? Why is it taking so long? The answers to these questions are listed below.

1) Debeers used a process known as reverse circulation drilling to retrieve the mini-bulk test samples from the 4 pipes. This process was used because it was both a fast and cost effective means for Debeers to arrive at the next stage of the diamond deposit evaluation process. The next stage being the major bulk sample. It must be noted that the nature of reverse circulation drilling may cause the breakage of several of the diamonds recovered. As a result the evaluation process will be more detailed as stones will be analyzed for mechanical (drilling) breakage along with natural (emplacement) breakage. Regardless, the fact that large stones were recovered using this method is very positive for the advancement of the project.

2) Debeers also uses a process of diamond analysis known as "Florescence". This process determines how detectible the diamonds are in the recovery process (eg: DMS- Dense Media Separation). As was noted also with Aber, some diamonds in the kimberlites, when extracted through drilling develop a dust coating on them which can mask their true value. As a result many stones which are thought to be marginal quality become gem quality when they are properly cleaned and analyzed in their rough state.

As you can see, there is more to proper diamond evaluation than just looking at the stones through a magnifing glass. The above procedures should add confidence to investors that the project is being handled in the most professional and realistic manner possible. The Debeers/MPV team are handling this project in the the best interests and safety of shareholders. THERE WILL BE NO QUESTION THAT THESE RESULTS (WHEN REPORTED) WILL BE AS VALID AND AS HONEST AS POSSIBLE! FELLOW SHAREHOLDERS TAKE COMFORT IN THIS AND FORGET ABOUT DAILY MARKET FLUCTUATIONS. I BELIEVE WE HAVE A MINE IN THE MAKING!

BEST REGARDS!
