same prob and I was so scared since coverd my 200 at loss then reshorted. I called them and they put order in for me and reshorted 200 shares. Then I called datek rep and they said no prob. Of course I have small loss. That happened 2 hours ago. Do you try to call them again to make sure...Yeah it is scarry if you cover at loss then can not short higher then see it drops... Regards,
