They have to say something in their earnings release, don't they? They could wimp out and say the minimum or at least allude to future prospects. You would think that the Company could phrase their remarks in such a way as to communicate important information without worrying about litigation. I hope their attorneys are better than the analysts that follow, err not follow them.
