Joe,
You were speaking about large volume days
this morning. I believe April 13th was the
largest to date at 528,400 shares. Do you
think the mm's made some money on that day?
It will be interesting to see where we end
up on the volume today. Currently at 243,900.
Have a good day

I have been on the phone with several securities attorney's today and it seams to be the consensus of each that there should be a filing from both companies Overseas Communications and 123....Ontario. The shares must be restricted and thus cannot be sold. I asked about the Whyteburg position and their HUGE discrepency with the amount issued compared to what is remaining. There appears to have been a total disregard for securities law from what I can see. If the transfer agent has been clearing these transaction and the seller hasn't kept the filings up to date, then the shareholders of DCI have the right to take a class action suit against all the parties involved. The Transfer agent can be included in the legal action as well as Whyteburg, Overseas Communications and 123..... Ontario. We should be able to subpoena the records from the transfer agent to see exactly what they have been issuing. If there are opinion letters attached to any legend cert's , then there can also be actions taken against the attorney and the firm he is a member or partner in. I am going to continue to look into the possibility of filing an action against these parties on behalf of the shareholders.
