Thanks Jenna, I agree with the profit taking and maybe a little shake-out in NSOL. The guy posting "pump and dump" is spamming Yahoo and Silicon Investor as well. Still holding NSOL, but a little nervous. ;^)

Gilat reports record sales for the second quarter of 1998. [ed. one of my old favorites. I mentioned it before and still am following ORBKF, MRVC, NICEY] Israeli techs seem to be recuperating of late.

PETAH TIKVA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1998--Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd.
(NASDAQ: GILTF - news) announced today revenues of US$34.6 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 1998, a 37 percent increase over the same period in 1997, when the Company had sales of US$25.3 million. Operating income was US$5.8 million, compared with US$3.5 million in 1997, while net income was US$5.4 million (US$0.47 per share), a 43 percent increase over the US$3.8 million (US$0.34 per share) posted for the second quarter of last year.

Revenues for the six months ended June 30, 1998, were US$65.6 million, a 42 percent increase over the first half of 1997, when the Company had sales of US$46.3 million. Operating income was US$10.3
million, compared with US$6.3 million for the first six months of 1997, while net income was US$9.3 million (US$0.81 per share), compared with US$6.9 million (US$0.61 per share) for the same period
last year.
