Each Tribe is an independent "nation", each with it's own ability to create gaming revenue. Obviously the more tribes that can come under a management agreement, the more revenues generated for GLOW. This is more easily said than done, as each tribe is fiercely independent, and getting the tribal council of ONE tribe to agree on something (anything !!! ... especially financial matters)is hard enough, let alone implementing an agreement involving multiple tribes. At least this has been my experience here in California where Indian gaming is HUGE !!!! ( The Tachi Yokut Tribe is one of my biggest accounts ) Hope that helps ...
