I agree with all your statements, and think that your analyis and price projections are very reasonable.

Michael Shephard mentioned to me a while back that they may go for AMEX listing rather than Nasdaq listing. I think that this would be a smart move if it brought the company greater exposure sooner rather than later. And add more stability to the share price.

Wally, the MMs will have to work overtime to keep those prices down at the levels you predict. It won't be long till FNTN will receive the proper valuation for its pioneer status.

Good morning Wally and all and I don't thing there is too much to worry about. There is some profit taking as many on the thread have alluded to in their posts and this is to be expected.

The trading between 9:45am and 11:38am consisted of 101 trades for total shares of 252,800.

Based on this the following has taken place.

31 of the trades have been down ticks (trading less then the previous trade) 30.69%
43 of the trades have been even ticks (trading the same as the previous trade) 42.57%
27 of the trades have been up ticks (trading up from the previous trade) 26.73%

In my opinion not a bad trading pattern at all. Also I believe that the main reason for the price going done 8-10% so early on is that many of the sellers at putting in their sell orders or market. If this is the case and I believe it is, that in itself will force the price down. If those sellers had placed price limits on their sell orders the price will have held and might even forced an up trending.

I am going to let FNTN find and settle in it's new base area of somewhat around the 1.38 to 1.42 area from which it will grow.

Remember, just my opinion.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

Wally....very sound reasoning. I like your thinking. However, you neglected to mention the closing on the IDB deal. I think we will see some positive activity when this is announced. I have checked into IDB's service and have decided to "go for it." I do not have an alpha pager. Hope to take care of that today. Should be in service in the next few days. Will give you a full report. I am hoping it will allow me to get away from this keyboard a little on my off days!
