A question for Sen(y)or Pink,

Hola pINK. Mi pregunta es ...

You have stated that sales people were leaving MRV in droves. I got on the horn and asked around, and that wasn't true, and I posted that months ago. Now it turns out that only 1 sales perosn left and he was fired.

My question is, where did you get that information? It seems that it was a 100% FALSE statement, unless you consider 1 sales person to be a drove ...

Did you lie intentionally or was the information you received inaccurate, or were you trying to scare the stupid into pushing the price even lower. This is a serious question, and while you may bring up accounting points that I may not understand and cannot discredit you, I do understand that you were incorrect in statements regarding sales people.

Ball in your court, I doubt you'll return it.

Richard

Bo Outlaw actually made a free throw. If you noticed, I think he shot a little better from the line this year

Saul,

Your posts are most excelente and thoughtful.

My question for everyone is this. In regards to the accounting and the fraud charges pINK alleges, what is the incentive??

This stock is already too low. Management has reiterated that several times in various ways. They don't want to be bought out. (I know for a fact they don't want to be bought out)

They hold a LARGE %age of shares. Do you think that they are trying to make one big push a couple of points higher through unethical accounting and unload their holdings (which would probably land them in jail) or do you think that they want to grow and make awesome products?

What is the incentive? Especially at this level? The easiest way to predict the action of human beings is to understand their incentives.

Now, pINK, I may be wrong. Please enlighten me.

And answer my question about the "droves of slaes people leaving" too.

Richard

Bo Outlaw will dunk on you
