Young Paul had the more classical features I think. I am trying to appraise them as I would a beautiful woman- on sheer handsomeness. I find many other actors attractive- but I was trying to think of actors with both perfect faces and great bodies. There aren't a lot of male actors that qualify for me. I think that is because it is much more important for a female actress to be beautiful, than it is for a man- because women in the movies are so often being pursued for their beauty- this wouldn't make for a very convincing movie if they were plain. On the other hand, men can convincingly pursue women even if they aren't perfect looking- I mean is there a woman actress out there with a complexion as bumpy as Tommy Lee Jones? Yet he is still attractive as a male actor- but I don't think a female actor with that kind of skin would find much work, let alone leading roles. Kathy BAtes is one of the least attractive actresses I can think of who gets good work and that is because she is a marvelous actress. But I don't think the offers are pouring in or we'd see more of her. And Fat guys- we've had several great comedic fat male actors, but only Roseanne that I can think of for women (sure there was the German lady from Sugar Baby but she is hardly a mainstream actress and she has disappeared).
