Regarding the DOJ litigation, what is the worst thing that can happen to Microsoft? If the government forces Microsoft to split into two or three companies - that would be a cash windfall for all the current shareholders. If Microsoft is fined - well, they have about fifteen billion dollars in cash on hand and no debt. I would really like to hear anyone's opinion on this matter.

Besides , if NT had all the new features which Win98 offered on PCs, and if the corp want their Workstation talk to the PCs, then they have to upgrade their current PCs to Win98 sooner or later. We do not expect everyone will upgrade to win98 , or in the first one or two years, but sooner or later.
