<<Trading AMZN short-term probably makes more sense than waiting for the market to finally discount their perfect future.>>
Rob,
expect the repeat of yesterday but probably not that dramatic? Dow dips -160, naz -20+. They like volatility to make more spreads and trades, and suck the longs in. I try to daytrade and better be alert but it is tough.
good luck

Rob, Ty for your thoughts on Intc.

Wrote 9 Jan 100 contracts for $4. This is the third time I wrote Jan covered calls this year, closed the previous 2 times with profits. I wrote 4 Jan 70 puts when Intc droped closed to $65 six weeks ago. Taking the profit on them now.

I also just sold 3 Sept. puts for CA(computer Asso) for $1 7/8 premium. In case anyone is interested in CA.

May Amzn drop and drop more; eventho. I closed already. Are you trading your uncovered calls? I would like to open one or two Jan 140 contracts with B/E of $170 plus; but I will be out of pocket for 3 times between 8/12 and 9/22....so not sure.
