Not trying to reignite hype ( IF ONLY I COULD!!!LOL), and I am sure Jubimer isn't either .......but...one of the reasons I am hanging on to this stock is my feel for the financial details of the Micronet deal. At that price, more an alliance than a takeover. I really don't buy the argument - presented on Yahoo and elsewhere that Micronet went along because they couldn't find private financing ( products behind curve, books cooked etc) ....rather the most likely reason to me is that AXC had something to offer their product line beyond better cash flow. Possibly one of the innovations we have hoped for - a real technological advantage for them. KM related? Something else? I await that new product with great interest.
